Our products are sourced from local artisans and creators in Nepal. Because many items are handmade, natural variations in color, dimensions, patterns, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are characteristics of traditional craftsmanship and are not necessarily defects.

Payments

Shipping Weight
Shipping charges may be calculated using actual weight or volumetric weight, depending on the carrier’s pricing rules.

Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Breadth (cm) × Height (cm) ÷ 5000
The carrier’s applicable calculation method and dimensional divisor will determine the final charge.

Eligibility
Return or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval. Under our stated policy, requests are limited to verified manufacturing defects or damage occurring during transit and reported within the specified three-day period.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted under our standard policy.
